Roofs of cars - The roof of a car/truck is a legitimate spot to shot from, but that means it is also completely fair to shoot someone if they are on the roof of a car/truck. We'll be playing the beds of pickup trucks as if they are part of the roof of the vehicle. For your own safety, DO NOT attempt to do any kind of game playing from a moving vehicle, anyone that does could be up for elimination from the game.

Garages - Garages are considered part of people's houses, so play them like you would a house, you must be invited into the garage in order for a kill to count.

Just because a person is shooting doesn't mean they can be shot, yes maybe they'll hit you but it won't count for anything, so don't try to use that to justify why a kill is legit.

Didn't think we had to say this but.. the inside of public buildings is off limits (in line at clubs counts as safe too)

THE DEATH OF KEVIN ADAMS: A Web of Lies & Deceit
On May 8, 2008, at 3:43, Kevin Adams died a mournful death. It started as teammates Dana Pollock and Jon Becker surrounded his house, expecting him to leave for the lacrosse game. Upon realizing his car was in the garage, they stood for a few minutes, lost. Soon, a brilliant thought arose. As the plan was finalized, Dana creeped up to the door, put her gun off to the side, and started yelling for help. As Erin and Kevin came to the door, they wouldn't let her in. She explained that she was going after DJ (Kevin's neighbor), and he had called who was after her. She was being chased. Kevin and Erin were still suspicious, searched her for a weapon, and as none was found, invited her in. Inside, she was weaponless and separated from her teammate. Soon, Kevin saw Jon, and asked what he was doing, where Dana pretended Jon was going after her. At this, Kevin got her gun from outside and brought it in. The gun, which was broken, started spraying everywhere, where Dana then told Kevin she could fix the gun. As he handed it over to her, she shot him. Dana and Erin's friendship will never be the same.


The Death Of MaTT Depalma
Sadly today at 7:57 pm matthew Depalma died of a sever water squirt to the middle of his spine, he died on impact. After an anonymous tip that he was hanging out at mcdonalds mike lopez took it upon himself to do the dirty work. As he pulled up he exhausted the idea that no one there better be his killer, after hearing a convincing argument he stepped out of the car unalarmed matt approached him with a head nod and hand shake. Mike loured him to his car and showed him his brand new gat and showed him how far it shot after following the water beam with his eyes his back turned only to receive a beam in his back . Matthew will be missed.

The Death of Karen Nicoletti
Upon joining Assassins Karen proclaimed that as long as she wasn't the first out she would be satisfied. Unfortunately her dreams were dashed as she full out sprinited through the back yards of Blackberry chased by Jesse Leeds-grant. Karen was sadly mirked by the puniest gun ever seen in the history of assassins but the shot weas deadly none the less. Her funeral was held at the steel metal workers union during the AP lit test a mere half hour after her death. Though Karen only lasted for 7 and a half hours (7 hours and 29 minutes of which were spent safely in her house) she will still be sorely missed and will be remembered as the first chick to take one for her team in 2008.

The Legend of Gary is No More
mike lisa was holding camp at kellys corner when he recieved an anonymous tip that gary was chilling at mcdonalds. fearing he had no time to react he ran across five lanes of traffic and gave him an "artic blast" to the neck and head area. thinking he had a job well done he fled the seen and returned to kellies only to find out that the kill cannot be counted because gary foot was in the sunroof. mike was furious about the decision and decided that he would hunt for the fatass once more. he called up teamate mark mitchell and met at the local value village hoping that the heavy set man would still be at mcdonalds over an hour later. mike then recieved a anonomous tip that gary was at shell. upon arrival at shell matt and mike then hid behind shell in clear site of the his car. gary then came out of shell and within 5 seconds mark fired hitting gary right in the heart. the legend of gary is no more

The Death of Jesus Martinez
The school bell rang signaling the end of the day. Catherine McNamara followed Jesus outside only to find him step onto bus 239. Finding out from in inside source, Catherine learned Jesus lived in Blackberry, and would therefore, obviously be getting off the bus there. So she hopped in her car and raced to beat the bus. As she waited behind an electrical box, she saw Jesus step off the bus. Standing there for awhile, making sure no one was around, Jesus finally started carefully walking. As he walked a little father, Catherine jumped out and shot him as he turned to run. Realizing the defeat he through his backpack down as he died. Rest In Peace Jesus.

The Death of Arianna Ferraro
As Arianna Ferraro and Heather Cuzzi traversed through the wilderness that is Blackberry, she was unaware that her world was about to come crashing down on her tiny head. She had thought she would be getting an easy kill on one of her targets when a green Nisson owned by a one Conor Flattery pulled up, packing a secret arsenal: Frank McNenney. Conor Flattery put his own life in danger by letting out a battle cry and the frantic teenager screamed and galloped her way over towards Conor. When she stood at the front of the Nisson, ready to fire, a young, supple Frank popped out from behind the car only to shoot her right where she stood. Arianna quickly fired back, but alas, it was too late for the Italian Stallion. Arianna's death will be mourned by her teammates.

Karma For Mr. Sharma

4:00pm sharp, May 9, 2008.

Assassin, Jackson Hoops Daley, formally known as Hoops, along with his accomplice, Adel Reddad, drove over towards Sahil Sharma's house in Putnam Lake. Upon their arrival, Hoops, gets out of the car, which was parked behind the Castle/Pub. While Hoops readied his guns and umbrella, Adel sat in his car on "watch duty". Hoops decided then to take a walk down the street to check out the soon to be, scene of the crime. Intelligently, he used his rain jacket and an umbrella to make it look like an innocent walker. He walks pass the victim's house to check for anyone who might be out to get him. After 40 feet he turned around to double back. His second clearance was faltered by an unsuspecting brother looking out the window. Little did the brother know, that the 'innocent walker' was soon so be a murderer. As Hoops returns to the Castle, he noticed Adel was asleep so he slipped through the fence into the neighbors yard. Following the fence, he moved to the front to the road that he was just on. Seeing that the coast was clear, he proceeded to move along the bushes in front of the house. Peering through the bushes, he checked for the brother. When there was no sign of him, Hoops crossed the street into a wooded ditch. Hoops thought this would be the best idea to settle in the ditch because 9 hours prior to this event business partner, Lauren DeMayo, and himself, staked out his house in the pouring rain four an hour to find the location. Around 4:18 up.me., Sahil, relived from his AP exam, pulled into his road. He took a lap around his road to check if the coast was clear. Hoops was not fooled. Two minutes later, the soon to be murdered assassin turned into his road once again and parked 5 feet away from Hoop's ditch. Sahil exited his vehicle to check to see if there was any perpetrators. Noticing the coast was clear, he began to walk towards his house across the street. Playing it cool, Hoops waited to strike until Sahil was halfway across his street to commit the act of murder. Within, Hoops ran from the ditch and shot Sahil in the back. As Sahil was stabbed in the back by his friend he yelled out profanities as the typical Sahil would do. Hoops ran from the scene of the crime back to his car with a smirk on his face to see Adel, still sleeping. A rainy day for Mr. Sharma.

The Death of Richie Grasso-
Katie Riconda & Kim Dudine met at BHS at 4:30 with little sister Emily Riconda in the back of the car ready to kill. Kim put a tiny shot gun in Katie's bag on their way to Richie's. When they got there Katie and her sister went to the front door. Richie was in the middle of teaching a piano lesson, but easily let in Katie because her sister and Richie's sister were going to hangout that afternoon. Teammate Kim Dudine called Katie. Katie reached inside her bag for the shot gun, pulled it out and shot Richie with the tiniest shot gun; at least it worked this time.

The Death of Cate Bartilucci : Dropping Bombs on May 9th
On a rainy Friday afternoon, the innocent Catherine Bartilucci regrettably lost her life. Kim Dudine and the Franco twins, eager and ready, raced towards Alben's Cleaners where Cate would be working a shift of 3:00 to 6:30pm. After quick and insufficient planning the three arrived at Alben's with utmost disappointment: they were too late - Cate was inside, safe, warm and dry. But this was only the beginning. The three planned to meet yet again - this time prepared and equipped with enough time. At 6:00 Monica and Jessica pulled along side Kim's secret car and sketched out a plan of destruction. The Franco's would wait in the back, and Kim would hide on the balcony over looking Alben's - eliminating any chance of Cate getting out alive. Soon however - Monica would call Kim, telling her that she was parked directly alongside Cate's father - Mr. Bartilucci. Too risky. After complete failure in the back - Cate's fate now lay in the hands of her best friend. Kim watched from above and waited for the signal from her anonymous helper, that, when given would lead Kim to lean over the balcony and snipe Cate from above. The angle of the gun, however, produced a broken stream of water - creating debate over whether Cate would die or not. Later that night the wounds proved deeper than thought, and Cate died in the comfort of her own home.Rest in Peace.


Poor Sam
When Sam Spindel took a trip to the Danbury Fair Mall on Friday evening, little did she know that someone had been following her. She drove for almost twenty minutes through the Route 22 and I-84 traffic, completely oblivious to the fact that the same car was driving right behind her. When she finally approached the mall, she drove up to the fourth parking garage level to shield her from the pouring rain, as Stephanie Rubino stayed close behind. When Sam stepped out of her car and started heading towards the mall entrance to hand in a job application, Stephanie abandoned her running car and shot Sam right in the chest. Services for Samantha will be later on this week.

The Death of Nicolette: A Tale of chaos
It was Melissa Wiltse who tipped off assassin Keith Racioppo that she felt her and her teammate Tristan Correll were being set up, while she was after a young Kim Dudine from a job she had quit. Her suspicions were confirmed when she was waiting outside the entrance to Alvin's cleaners and a startled Conor Flattery dashed outside and screamed "Melissa, Nicolette's here, RUN!" in his battle cry tone. Melissa was nervous and began looking around, she let out a ear shattering squeal that could wake the dead. Keith hiding behind the car closest to Alvin's was swiftly able to hop out and start firing at Nicolette. Although The first shot was a miss, he was able to chase her down very quickly and deliver the final blow to her back. Nicolette will be mourned by her teammates, especially Lukas who had the misfortune of witnessing his teammates death. The service will be held at Beecher's Funeral Home Sunday May 11th at 10 o'clock, and will be catered by Starbucks, because we all know thats what Nicolette would have wanted

Trust and Betrayal: Death of Two Best Friends
On Saturday, May 10, 2008 at 6:45P.M. and 7:00P.M., Michelle Blasco and Maribel Brenes were both pronounced dead. This is the tragic tale of their deaths. Michelle Blasco was diligently working on her homework on a Saturday afternoon, while recovering from an illness that sent her home two days earlier. As time wore on, Michelle had an epiphany. She needed to re-watch the episode of the Simpsons in order to complete her assignment. So, her first instinct was to call her best friend, Maribel Brenes, who had the episode on DVD. An anonymous tip warned her that Maribel could be her Assassin, and she took that message to account. When Maribel arrived, she reassured several times that she would not kill Michelle. To be on the safe side, Michelle squirted tiny bits of water every 15 minutes to prolonging her lifespan, just in case that Maribel would strike mercilessly. After some time, the two best friends went upstairs went to the next room to watch the DVD. But, to Michelle's horror, she had forgotten her water gun downstairs. Realizing this opportunity, Maribel took out her water gun and killed her in cold blood. After the ruthless murder of Michelle, Maribel, full of remorse, tried to commit suicide by drenching herself. Michelle, unsatisfied with Maribel's act of guilt, made her way downstairs into a remote location in her home. She phoned her accomplice, Jesse Leeds-Grant, about her death. The desire of revenge quickly enveloped their minds. Jesse and Michelle devised a plan to take the life of Maribel. As Maribel was leaving Michelle's house to meet her mother in the driveway, she wanted to exit from the front door, but Michelle had different plan. She directed Maribel down through her basement and through the garage, where an ambush team awaited her arrival outside. The first few steps out of the garage would be her last. Suddenly, Rafael Palmero and Jesse Leeds-Grant jumped out from the bushes on the left side of Michelle's house. Before Maribel reached her car, her Mother witnessed the worst thing in her life, the death of her one and only daughter. Rafael ran up behind Maribel, shooting her in the spine, killing her instantly. Michelle and Maribel's wake will be at Beecher's Funeral Home at 12:00P.M. on May 11. The Funeral Service will be held the next day, May 12, at St. Lawrence O'Toole church at 11:00A.M. followed by a burial ceremony at the St. Lawrence O'Toole Cemetery at 3:00P.M. Of Flasz and Mike pt. 1
It was the morning of Friday, May 9th, and Mike McNenney awoke to greet the day. He got up, got dressed, and walked his dog, as he normally does in the morning before school. However, today was different. Today would be a battle for his life.
At around 7:15, Mike and his brother began to walk to Gary Ljungquist's car when Kevin Coletti yelled out to the two that some jabronis were approaching the house. One of them was Krystal Mearns. Mike soon noticed that the other was his old apprentice in the ways of the force, Alex Flasz. He was outnumbered, and without the help of his team mates, he was in some deep shit. He began to run as fast as his legs would take him. The rain was heavy that day my friends. The Ground was Slippery and the chase was on, as young Flasz chased after his old Jedi master. Mike knew the land well and ran over to the old steel mill on Butt Street. Flasz, like a bat out of a concentration camp, followed him in.
"I Feel your presence, old man. The Force is weak with you." he said as he searched the rooms of the abandoned building.
All of a sudden, Mike jumped down from one of the beams on the ceiling and a fierce light saber duel ensued. It was true what Flasz had said, the old M's powers had dwindled over the years. However, he still had some fight in him. Every slash, Mike blocked; every force choke, he countered. It looked as if Mike would best his young padawan, when Flasz caught his eye on Bryan Gallagher trying to escape from the mill. It was at this moment that old Mike stopped the dark lord from catching Bryan by throwing himself in front of Flasz's deadly light saber throw.
"No!!!!" Bryan screamed as he watched as M's robe crumble to the floor. Flasz had achieved in killing the very man that trained him in the ways of the force, and now he set his sights on his new apprentice. Luckily, Bryan shot the controls with his blaster, and the door shut before Flasz could get through. BB narrowly escaped from the steel mill in the Millennium Falcon, and he wanted revenge.

The Kansas City Shuffle
It was a cloudy May afternoon that saw the death of Greg Galasso. After several frustrating days of stake outs and failed attempts the Puerto Rican assassin formerly known as Randy Camacho turned to the one group that could put Galasso six feet under. Hanna wanted Galasso dead and Martabano was more than willing to take part in the kill. The scene was set, Galasso thinking that Martabano was setting up Hanna rolled up to the front of the white Victorian that is the Martabano residence. He stepped onto the cement side walk and proceeded to the front porch. As he walked up the stairs he heard the sound of two stray cats doing the dirty in the lawn next door. He rang the doorbell and shortly after Martabano answered the door. Galasso hastily entered the house for he was filled with anticipation for the kill to come. Matt sent Greg upstairs where an unsuspecting Chris waited. He slowly creaked up the stairs and as he reached the top, he readied his peashooter. He walked through the door and looked left expecting to see the usual nothing but what he saw around that corner shattered his iron reserve. Sancho fired a high-pressured shot at the all too familiar face taking his adversary’s head clean off his shoulders. The trio celebrated the death of Greg Galasso as they dumped his body into the green murky depths of Putnam Lake. In a recent correspondence with the school on the matter of Greg’s where-bouts, Mr. Burns replied that Mr. Galasso had taken a vacation for an extended period of time to the outer regions of Indonesia.

The Death of Mike Gordon: The Man in Black
Monday night, at around 8:40, Mike Gordon passed on. At 8:00, he headed over to the A&P parking lot with friends Greg Galasso and Vinny Polidore. Mike parked Vinny's pick-up two spaces over from Chris Labella's Pontiac, Mike's main target. He climbed into the bed of the truck wearing all black Under Armor, including a black ski cap. As the time drew closer to 9:00, the time when Chris Labella got off work at the A&P, Ryan and Martin pulled into the parking lot at the bank. They walked through the parking lot searching for Labella's car, but when Ryan found it, he walked by a pick-up truck with a green water gun lying on the front seat, which happened to be Vinny's gun. Ryan backed up toward the open bed of the truck and saw someone dressed in black. Ryan laughed, and Mike looked up behind him. Ryan pumped his gun once and fired shooting Gordon in the center of his back. Gordon had never suspected anyone to find him as he attempted to camoflouge himself in the truck. Ultimately, it was his own stupidity that lead him to his death, and his routine schedule hiding out at the A&P trying to kill Chris.

Massacre at The Happy Rainbow Daycare Learning Center

“Shannon Devine was dead. The final squirt was an exclamation point to all that had led to this moment. I released my finger from the trigger, and it over. To go back to the beginning I would have to go back to day the pain started…..”

Justin backed into the parking space directly across form the Primo Italian Deli. A Water Warrior Barracuda water gun rode shotgun in his car. Earlier in school Shannon’s good friends Lauren, French, and Amanda screwed her big time by telling Justin exactly when she was expected at work.(3:00pm) At (2:47 pm) the clouds engulfed the sun like some soft of inexplicable gray evil, the whole town was drenched in gloom. Death was in the air at the Brewster Square Plaza and Justin Cosmo was itching for a kill. As the clock hit (3:56pm) that unmistakable Brown Chevy Blazer rolled up the plaza entrance. Shannon hardly noticing Justin’s car parked so casually among the rest of vehicles in the lot. She drove straight to the back where she thought parking would be safe and secure. Without hesitation Justin started his car, shifted into the 1^st gear and fallowed closely. Not to be seen Justin quickly pulled out of sight and exited his car, weapon in hand. As Justin began to creep forward, his eyes fixed on his victim like an African lion stalking a wounded gazelle. About twenty yards away Justin’s figure caught Shannon’s eye and she started running towards the door of the Happy Rainbow Day Care Center. That door was to be her only chance at survival, but with Justin now in full sprint Shannon like a broken bottle of Tabasco was running out of time. Starting to panic Shannon fumbled with the button code on the door, with a gut tuning squeal she gave up on the door slowing backing away from her assassin. Fear filled her eyes like a puppy that had been abused by its owner, she begged for her life. Before Shannon could finish a sentence Justin unloaded his gun into her torso.

“Shannon was dead. I released my finger from the trigger and it was over.”

The Death of Nick Lapenna
a merky saturday night, the perfect night for a kill. as michael gordon formally known as the italian stallion, connor flattery AKA The irish Hitman, Frank Mcnenney "the Flash", and Michael Lisa AKA MR.Invisible rode around brewster looking for charlie. the night was winding down, but for the team of extrodinary gentlemen as the call themselves, the night had just began. desperate for a kill, gordon was not giving up. as the bumped in the car to "Fireman" by Weezy the jewla they felt that there luck was running thin. as the honda accord 2 door raced down route 22, the team kept there eyes peeled. the local citgo was packed as usual with the locals, but one unexpected man stood in the store, the man, Nick Lapenna. the stocky individual was noticed by the whole car, screams rang out and excitment. gordon pulled a u- turn and pulled into brewster woods the condiminium next door. the hunt was on, all four man pounced out and the stallion was off to the races. as Mr.lisa crept through the woods he set himself up with a clear view of citgos door. gordon got into place on the side and pumped his weapon. as he pumped he looked up into the woods and gave mike the nod, as he nodded back he noticed that lapenna himself was approaching the door and was about to step outside into his demise. mike gave a yell from the woods" go go go" lapenna looked up into the woods with confusion and noticed a one Italian Stallion sprinting towards him. he ducked and dodged the first shot as he made a split for the passenger doo of the mercedes- benz, but it wasnt enough. as leppena opened the door gordon leaped over the trunk and shot lapenna in the back, coldhearted. with ice in his veins he yelped out with a dignifiying victory. he has done it. lapenna knowing he was done went to the club and later on died in the safety of his mothers arms at home. Lappena will not be missed

A Tale of Betrayal: The Death of Melissa Villinueva

It was the eve of Wednesday the 14th of May. Melissa Villinueva calls up Mike Gordon for help. She asks him to help assassinate opponent Lucas Slivinsky. He quickly agrees and sets up the plan. Little did she know the fate she was about to overcome. Instead of Mike going along with the plan, he decides to take a drive to Value Village. There he finds friend Taryn Thompson. He quickly tells her to follow him back to his house so without any hesitation she does. They finally arrive at Mike’s house at about 6:45 pm. Then quickly explains to Taryn his plan to set up one of his good friends. She proceeds to park her car in Mike’s garage so Melissa wont suspect anything. Mike calls Melissa and tells her that they’re going to get food and to hurry over. Taryn waits anxiously and uncomfortably knowing what she must do, what she was born to do, what she was trained to do, kill Melissa. Taryn paced as the time came closer and closer. Finally Melissa knocks on the front door of Mikes house located in Maplewood North. Mike opens the door and makes eye contact with Melissa and smiles. She smiles back. Then Taryn jumps out from around the corner shooting Melissa strait through the chest, As she falls to the ground right before she passes she looks Mike in the eyes and says “Mike, How could You?” He shrugs it off and gave Taryn a high five.

The Death of Martin Lleshaj
After many failed plots for his assassination, Martin Lleshaj was proclaimed dead on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at approximately 1:00p.m. In the days leading up to his death, Martin had seen multiple plans for his death unfold in front of his eyes, but due to his deceptively quick and witty nature, as well as his extensive family, he was able to escape his death every time. But not today. After receiving warning that his assassin, Kevin McPartland, might be waiting for him at his house when he returned from school, Martin rolled up to his crib more alertly then he usually did. As he exited his car with his stunna shades on and his automatic water gun in hand, he searched his yard to try and spot his killer. But it was too late. Just as Martin began to bust a cap, Kevin opened fire with an arctic blast that will chill and numb Martin’s nerves 6 feet (4 inches) under forever.

The Death of Soo Lim: An Unsuccessful Umbrella
The partly cloudy warm weather of Thursday, May 16^th, could not have predicted the storm that was brewing on the eve of Soo Lim’s death. After a failed attempt at Soo’s life by means of a stake-out, team members Becky Bergemann and Dan Caccavale were eager to kill. The perfect opportunity arose when Becky learned Soo would be working at 3 o’clock pm. Assuming Soo would be getting a ride from an accomplice of hers (DJ) the duo was afraid they missed their opportunity to kill when they saw DJ’s bright red vehicle speeding from the parking lot. With their willing unattached accomplice Caitlyn Desimone in tow, Dan and Becky raced to the Creative Kids parking lot. Upon their arrival, they quickly executed the ingenious plan fashioned by Becky: Dan and Becky would hide behind the fence that completely obscured them from view, while remaining on the phone with Caitlyn, who would wait in the car to keep a vigilant- but hidden- watch for Soo, and consequently signal Dan and Becky to stand up and shoot Soo over the fence the instant she appeared on the sidewalk. To their complete and utter surprise, Soo did not come with DJ, but with Lauren Eudene. Not to be caught off guard, Dan’s quick thinking saved the day. He inched to the edge of the fence, listened to the slow, unsuspecting footsteps coming closer and closer. When he judged the time as being ideal, Dan lunged out from his hiding spot and launched a full frontal attack. Lauren’s desperate shout of warning was not enough to save poor Soo, nor was the feeble leopard print umbrella; she took a cold blast right to the torso. Soo’s fellow employees and children will surely miss her at Creative Kids. Her funeral will be hosted tomorrow at 1:00 pm. She will be surrounded by loved ones and white flowers, because we know that is what Soo would have wanted.

Cars are COMPLETELY off limits. There are no exceptions to this whatsoever- no hiding in the trunk, no "the keys were out of the ignition", nothing. Cars are 100% not involved in Assassins.

Garages, decks, porches etc... all count as a person's house. If you're invited in or on them, you'll be able to shoot. If a person has ANY part of their body inside of a house, you can't shoot them. But if they have a body part in the house they can't shoot you either so it's pretty much a retarded stalemate.

Stop lying about kills. If you got killed, admit it. We've been playing the game for less than a day and already there have been disputes over half the kills. We can't be everywhere, we expect you guys to be honest about this.

Teams and Rules

Teams- Everyone is on a team, if you don't know your team see Kieran or Nick during the day we have the master list. They're is one change for Martin Lleshay's team so anyone on that team please come see us as well.

Rule clarification - The AP testing sites are off limits before during and immediately after the tests.

Sign Up Week

Me and Nick are going to be collecting money for assassins starting this Monday, 4/28. It will be $5 a person, so if you see me or Nick in the hallway just stop us and give us the money and we'll write your name down. We should have teams set up by the end of the week.

General Game Play

The game of assassins is simple. Each player will be placed on a team with four other players, which will be made up randomly. Each team of 4 players will have to "kill" an entire other team. At the same time, another team will be trying to eliminate them from the game. When a team is eliminated, the team that was after them will now go after the team, the now dead team was after (confusing I know, but just continue reading for an explanation). Example: Team A is chasing Team B who is chasing Team C: if Team A kills off Team B, they will now have to kill Team C. The game is played until only one team remains. Players are eliminated according to the rules stated. A player can defensively shoot someone that is chasing them, in which case they will be given 15 minutes to get away before the assassin can continue chasing them. Safe zones are allowed but must be cleared in advance by either Kieran or Nick, with more than 24 hours notice. All kills are to be reported A.S.A.P. to Kieran or Nick by phone, internet, or actual contact.

Some Rules

We're pretty much following the same rules the seniors used last year, so thanks to them for already posting the rules on their website.

RULES - By signing up to play it is assumed that you read, know, and agree with the following rules:

Car:
1. THE ENGINE:
Doesn't matter if the engine is on or off, either way you cannot
shoot in or out of a car window under any circumstance.
2. EXITING A CAR:
Not until your entire body is outside of the
car can you shoot at anyone or be killed by anyone.
3. ENTERING A CAR:
You can shoot and be shot by an assassin
until your entire body is in the car with the
door closed. This works in the opposite way
that exiting a car does, so basically, if you are
entering a car and you get shot before you close
the door, it is a valid kill. It doesn't matter how
much of your body was in the car.

Misc.
Play At Your Own Risk - it is your job to stay out of trouble and stay safe during the game.
No Armor- an umbrella is fine, as long as you are holding it. You can't throw it at them or anything, that would just be stupid.
Jobs- if someone is working, they cannot be killed. Even if their job requires them to go outside, (pizza deliverer, lawn-mower, street corner prostitute...) they can't be killed during work hours, unless they are on a break and they are outside. Once they get off duty, it's fair game.
Mall- Once a person is completely out of their car (see car rules for definition of "completely"), they are open targets until they reach the door to the mall, and the same is true for the walk back from the mall to their cars.
School- The school is COMPLETELY off limits. No exceptions. Remember, the administration wouldn't mind handing out punishments for all those that don't comply with the 'not on school grounds' rule as stated at our last assembly.
Acceptable Weapons- water guns, water balloons - a direct shot must be made (if it breaks on the ground and splashes the person it doesn't count, or if it doesn't break it doesn't count), water buckets, hoses.
Safe-Zones - Safe zones are allowed with advanced notice but they must be cleared by either Kieran or Nick. Safe Zones will be used for off campus functions that involve large groups of kids being outside, for example, team BB-Q's, parties, etc.
Houses - Houses are fair game, but the assassin must be invited inside for a shot inside the house to count. Garages count.
Pools - A person inside a pool cannot be "killed", the attacker has every right to mess with the person's stuff, friends, and family while they wait for the person to get out of the pool (to a reasonable degree).

BHS Assassins

Welcome to the website for Brewster High Schools' Assassins 2008. Nick and I are looking to have everything set up by the end of April, and hopefully the game will start Monday, May 5th 2008. Liability waivers will be mandatory for everyone to play, pretty much so if someone gets hurt the two of us don't get in trouble.
